Sandcastle Guesthouse is a one bedroom guesthouse completely furnished with a queen size bed, full kitchen, color television with satellite, VCR, CD stereo, fireplace and phone. The private deck overlooks a wildlife wetlands area and has a terrific view of the north shore of Orcas Island and across the water to Sucia Island and the Canadian Cascade mountains. The private beach is a perfect place to launch a kayak or canoe or just relax and enjoy the beauty of the ocean.
In the guesthouse you will find fresh orange juice, Starbucks coffee and a bowl of seasonal fruit. You can enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the deck listening to the sounds of birds singing at the many bird feeders around the guest house.
Sandcastle Guesthouse is the perfect place for a honeymoon or just a quiet get-away. It can comfortably accomodate two - four adults or a small family.
We are located approximately 2 miles from Eastsound village, and approximately ten miles from the ferry landing. If you are riding a bicycle, it is about a forty-five minute ride from the ferry.
Our rates are: May 1- October 30: $140.00 per night for one-two people. November 1- April 30: $90.00 per night. Children ten and under stay free. There is a two night minimum stay. Weekly rates are available. A deposit of 50 % is required to confirm your reservation. We will provide you with a map, current ferry schedule and information about the island upon confirmation of your reservation.
We are trying to keep our guesthouse allergy free. There is no smoking inside and no pets.
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and check-out time is 11:00 A.M. We're looking forward to meeting you!
